Take photos with your camera, using over 80 free fun effects. Save the photos to your computer or post them on Twitter. To use the Webcam Game offline, open the application once while connected to the Internet and allow it to download in full. Only then can you disconnect and use it offline. Webcam Toy will load in seconds. Allow access to your webcam when prompted, then select an effect from the menu at the bottom half of the screen by pressing the left or right arrow.
