It also offers a portable encryption tool to work with an encrypted partition on any computer. It automatically detects the USB flash drive and sets the properties for the encrypted partition. You just need to provide a password to protect it.
With just one click you can save your first file to a protected volume. Encryption is automatic and in place. You can access your secret drive by entering the correct password.
Disk alerts help you know when the secured partition is connected or disconnected. With the Rohos portable disk browser you can work with a password-protected partition on any computer without administrator rights or by installing additional software. It works like Windows explorer, showing folders and files.
On-The-Fly encryption without administrator rights is now possible with the new File Virtualization technology. Hide folder feature will allow you to encrypt, password protect and lock any application folder in C:\Program Files.
This will allow you to encrypt and protect important information in your Google Chrome profile such as history, favorites, form data, credit card numbers, saved passwords, cookies, etc. or even encrypt and hide your Skype profile with chat history, downloaded files, your contacts, Skype password and other applications.
After downloading the application run it and click on Encrypt USB Drive. Select your USB and specify the size of the encrypted folder. In its free version it is limited to creating encrypted disks up to 8GB.
