Avira online virus scanner is a free internet security service with the help of which we can upload any file we consider suspicious to verify its security. If there are suspicious files that contain malware and are currently unknown, the application will update the database and after that we will be able to detect it and if possible remove it.
However, if you think the scanner found a clean file by mistake, check the "Suspicious false positives" box. Note that suspicious files and false positives should be uploaded separately.
Alternatively you can email suspicious files to virus@avira.com, but make sure you compress the files using a compressor such as 7-Zip or WinRAR.
