There are many disk cleanup utilities out there, but the goal with Cleanmgr + this was to create a tool that uses the same Windows resources, ensuring that only system-compliant actions are performed.
Cleanmgr + is a portable application that builds on the Microsoft Cleanup Tool (Cleanmgr.exe) by adding additional features and deleting more junk than the classic disk cleanup tool built into windows, which is even going to be removed in the latest windows upgrades 10.
It has a more modern menu compared to the current disk cleanup which even adds a set of extra tasks. No installation required.
