Safe mode is a special mode that we usually choose when we have problems with our operating system. However in Windows 10 and Windows 11 to activate it we must follow the steps below.
STEPS

Press the keys on your computer keyboard Windows and R and after entering in the popup menu msconfig press ok.

In the next tab select Start up the computer, and check the button Safe start. Finally click application and ok to get the system changes.

Finally click the restart button.
