AbleWord: Convert PDF files to Word documents


AbleWord is a very powerful word processing application that can read and write to the most popular document formats such as PDF doc, docx and more. Fully equipped, supports, tables, headers and footers include spell checker as well as print preview functions. Absolutely free, even for commercial use, it is fully compatible with most popular document formats including DOC & DOCX. However, with Ableword you can also open documents and save them as PDFs, or import a PDF document and save it as a Microsoft Word file (doc, docx), making it a very useful office tool.     To activate the spell check in Greek-English:

    1.- Download Greek-English dictionary for Open Office here:

    2.- Open the downloaded file: greek_caps_english_us-0.1, with an archiver (eg with free 7-Zip) to extract its contents and after that, replace the two files: en_US.aff and en_US .dic located in the AbleWord dictionaries folder (eg C: \ Program Files \ AbleWord \ Dictionaries) with the two files from the exported file: Greek_Caps_English_US.aff and Greek_Caps_English_US.dic

    3. Restart AbleWord and now you can edit texts with Greek and English words.
