W10Privacy: Disable unwanted settings in Windows 10 and 11

The highly controversial privacy and data protection options by default in Windows 10 prompted the developer to build this program. Microsoft generously allows everyone to change the relevant settings, but hides them in countless menus, where a normal user does not want to search. The program should therefore be helpful, to display relatively clearly the available settings and to define the desired options if needed. The main focus is on the settings for Windows 10/11 and its applications (for example the new "Edge" browser). The software is still in the early stages of development, and requests for software upgrades to the application developer are welcome and may be included in future releases.
