MP4Tools : Free mini tools for managing MP4 video files

MP4Tools is a small collection of tools for managing MP4 files. It contains the following applications: MP4Joiner, which enables you to burn multiple MP4 files into one without re-encoding and without quality loss, and MP4Splitter which allows splitting an MP4 file into multiple files without restarting and without quality loss. It is an open source software available for free.
