Clownfish Voice Changer is a free application to change your voice on windows. It is installed at the system level, so any application that uses a microphone or other audio recording device will be affected.
In general - your voice will be modified and you will be able to chat with your friends on Steam, Skype, Hangouts, ooVoo, Viber, TeamSpeak, etc. When you start the application, the voice changer icon will appear on the Windows taskbar. Double-clicking the icon toggles the app on and off.
When "Mic Listen" is enabled you can hear your modified voice. To add more effects, tap VST Effects and then click add effects.
From there you should search the following links and download any available effects. Finally, unzip each file with the corresponding effect you will download and copy the files you will find in the program folder to the subfolder vst.
