First, you need to determine which PDF documents to compress. This can be done easily in many ways. Click the "Add File" button to add select one or more PDF documents, or click the "Add Folder" button to select an entire folder and add all the PDF documents in that folder. Alternatively, you can simply right-click on the PDF documents in Windows Explorer and select "Compress PDF Document" from the context menu. To do this, you must have selected the "Integrate with Windows Explorer" option during installation. Finally, another easy way to add PDF documents is to drag and drop them into the application window.
