Simply put, it's a free time reminder app that automatically reminds you to take breaks while working on your computer. By default, the program runs on your computer and displays a reminder window every 20 seconds and every 10 minutes, and a 5 minute break every 30 minutes.
Of course, you can adjust the duration of the break, as well as the time between micro-breaks or skip them. Finally, you can customize the color and sound pattern of the stop reminder to your liking.
