GIF Encode: Select and convert parts of a video to Gif Animation

This is a surprisingly simple and easy to use application that can help us convert parts of a video to animation gif. How to use it is very simple. After uploading the video, select Start to specify its beginning and End to specify its end. From there select the FPS number and Gif resolution and press Render to complete the conversion.
