It's a small but effective program to quickly check your RAM for errors to make sure there isn't a bad area of main memory you should be using.
Another reason to use the app is simply to test your Windows in high memory consumption behavior to see if it causes system errors.( to be sure select multiple iterations).
Finally, you can see the full details of the memory you are using on your computer as well as its performance in data read and write mode. It's a good idea not to have another program running at the same time when doing the memory test.
