NkTimeTracker is a free software for tracking the time you spend on programs and web pages on your computer. The software only actively tracks programs that are running at that moment.
So you can see the collected monitoring data - web pages, programs, documents and generally the activities you have defined, however, you must have administrator rights if you want to monitor programs running on your computer with administrator rights.
