SlowView is an image viewer developed by Nikolaus Brennig. The software is compatible with older versions of Windows operating systems from Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT.
It supports over forty image file formats, including JPEG, GIF, TIFF and PSD. It also supports video and audio file formats like MP3, AVI and MOV and also serves as a basic photo editing utility, providing the user with editing tools to resize and crop images.
It also provides image rotation option and color adjustment options. Its most notable feature is the integration of the three tools, which is an advantage when dealing with a lot of media files. It supports more than 50 formats in total, including AVI, MPG, WAV, MP3, PNG, JPG and GIF.
