MouseAxisLocker is a small freeware utility for Windows that locks the mouse axis and restricts cursor movement to 45 degrees horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, as long as the hotkeys are pressed.

Default shortcut keys
Lock cursor in landscape mode: CTRL + 1
lock cursor in portrait mode: CTRL + 2
lock cursor in left tilt mode 45 degrees (top left to bottom right): CTRL + 3
Lock cursor in tilt mode right 45 degrees diagonally (top right to bottom left): CTRL + 4
