A while ago, I decided to take a closer look at my monthly bank statement. At first, nothing seemed unusual. Then I started adding up all the small subscription charges that had become part of my routine. Netflix. Spotify. Adobe Creative Cloud. Microsoft 365. iCloud+. Amazon Prime. A password manager. A VPN. A cloud backup service. Individually, none of them looked expensive. Together, they were quietly costing me more than €150 every month.
